We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by promoting our AWS-focused consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS technologies, a proven track record in enterprise and SMB sales, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the East Region by building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with AWS representatives to generate inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- Attend regional events and conferences.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
- Present tailored AWS solutions to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our consultancy services.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various AWS funding programs and incentives available for clients to help clients maximize benefits and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and alignment of proposed solutions with client requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, AWS product updates, and competitor activities to position Protagona as a thought leader in the cloud and data consultancy space.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the cloud computing or consulting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
